Our standard delivery charge for orders (under 20kg) to Ireland addresses, over 50 euro there is a FREE.

Please be patient 1-2 working days delivery.

For all orders below 50 euros, a fixed fee of 8 euros will be charged. Items are always packed very discreetly and no mention of our shop name or the type of goods inside will be visible.

Goods are sent using a trusted courier service as standard. Items are sent to your door.

We take your privacy very seriously and will NEVER pass on any of your details to any third party.

Delivery Trough us…

At the request of our customers, We launch a new form of delivery of our products to you. From now you can order Using Delivery Through us to the place and address of your choice. And at the time it suits you. Orders can be placed on our website, by phone, email or via Live Chat on our website. Most orders will be delivered on the same day. Delivery charge For All orders, over 150 euro There is a FREE. When choosing this delivery option, we can provide you with a maximum of 30 bags of soil on one order, and up to 100 km from Carlow. An Post…

If the order is made before 3pm on a weekday your order will be dispatched that day and received within 1-2 working days. If there is nobody at your address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a docket specifying where you can collect your parcel from. Please note they will not attempt a re delivery. An Post will not leave your parcel at a location without a signature. An Post Couriers do not
deliver on the weekend or a bank holiday.

DPD Courier…

If the order is made before 3pm on a weekday your order will be dispatched that day and received within 1-2 working days. If there is nobody at the address to sign for the package, the driver will leave a leaflet telling you how to contact them to arrange re delivery. Please leave a comment when checking out if you would like the courier to leave your parcel somewhere at your address in your porch/ bin or with a neighbor. DPD Couriers do not deliver on the weekend or a bank holidays. 

Refund Policy…

If you are not happy with a product, please return it unopened and we will refund your credit card or credit your account with the price of the product excluding shipping charges. Please email carlowindoorgardening@hotmail.com prior to returning any goods giving a reason for the return. We must receive the product within 14 days of purchase or we cannot give a refund.

Refund Bulbs…

We do not accept returns and exchanges of any types bulbs. The bulbs we sell are tested and fully working. At the customer’s request, the bulbs and any lighting sold in our store can be tested on-site for correct operation. Unfortunately, after purchase and leaving the store, the return of the bulbs is not accepted.

On Back Order Products…

We are constantly trying to expand our offer to provide you with more and more new tools to make your gardening easier and more enjoyable. Therefore, we are not able to have everything in stock. When you see the On back order product, the product is available but you must add an extra two working days for delivery. At the same time, we reserve the right to cancel the order in case the ordered product is unavailable. In this case, the customer will be notified immediately. If it is possible, the store will offer a similar product or an immediate refund of all payments.

Not all products sold on this site are covered by the warranty effective by the owners of this site. Product descriptions are a copy of the information found on the manufacturer’s website.
