It has an incredibly even light spread and produces low heat levels under the lamp.

Can be lowered more than is possible than using normal reflectors without burning the tops of plants.

The Turrican uses industry leading state of the art reflective medium ‘Miro’ with 95% reflection, rated for lamps up to 1000Watts.

Contains:

8 x Miro reflector leaf panels, 1 x bag of assorted nuts bolts and washers, 1 x E40 lamp holder, 1 x top plate.

As opposed to most other reflectors, this one mounts the lamp vertically.

This method creates a better spread of light than when using normal mounted lamps.

Naturally, an even light spread leads to a more even canopy.

These effects are all enhanced greatly by the Turrican’s ‘Miro’ finish, which helps prevent hot-spots.

An issue that occurs when light is too strong in a certain area.

It also has vents around the lamp holder to allow heat to escape through the top.

This, combined with the reflector’s open design, means that heat under the lamp is much lower than under other reflectors.

It is possible to grow plants closer to the Turrican without burning them.

The Turrican comes with a 375cm power cable with an IEC (kettle lead) connection.

The IEC plug connects to a ballast of the same power output as the lamp attached to the reflector, up to 1000W.
